AS Roma Compete with Manchester City for Ola Aina's Signature.

 

AS Roma have entered the race to sign Nottingham Forest defender Ola Aina, adding to the growing list of suitors for the Nigerian international.

Aina, 28, has just six months left on his current contract and is yet to commit to an extension. The full-back has also drawn interest from Manchester City and Turkish champions Galatasaray, with Roma reportedly already in discussions with his representatives, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.

The former Chelsea academy product has impressed this season, scoring twice in 20 league appearances for Forest. His consistent displays have made him a hot commodity, and with his contract winding down, a potential transfer could be on the horizon.

Aina joined Nottingham Forest on a free transfer in 2023 after leaving Serie A side Torino, and his performances have firmly established him as a standout player for the Tricky Trees this campaign.
